Save Your Labels and Support The Clinic
Purchase Best Choice products at your favorite store supplied by Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG) and save the UPC (proof of purchase) portion. Throughout the store, you will find more than 2,700 Best Choice food, household and health & beauty products with national brand quality with many priced 10% to 20% below national brand prices. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…
- Save only the UPC symbol from Best Choice products. The Best Choice labels currently are being redesigned. In most cases, the words, “Best Choice” are printed above the UPC symbol.
- Cut the UPC symbol from labels or cartons (just cut around the UPC symbol. It’s not necessary to send in the whole label). For glass items with a glued label, the labels can be removed by first soaking in warm water.
- You can mail your labels in to the address below, or simply stop by our offices and drop them off in person.
