Trial lawyers are storytellers for their clients. They must be prepared, be disciplined, and have humility. In today’s climate, immigration trial lawyers must train and be ready to battle – to stand up for what is right, fight for the rule of law, and protect due process. This 3-day program is designed to get you ready. Unlike any other training for immigration court practitioners, the Immigration Court Trial Advocacy College provides hands-on training using real cases, real situations, and real courtrooms. Attendees get one-on-one mentorship, best practices training, and a confidence boost designed to make you a force in the courtroom.

IMPORTANT: It is imperative that you commit to attending all 3 days of the conference, so please do not register unless you can do so. You will be paired with another attendee for your mock trial on day 3, and could deprive your partner of the mock trial experience if you fail to attend that day.
This program is pre-approved for 23.9 CLE credit hours in MO, including 2.2 ethics credits and 1 elimination of bias credit, and for 22 CLE credit hours in KS, including 2 ethics credits.
