Thursday, April 22, 2021 - Saturday, April 24, 2021 Virtual

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED – PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR WAITLIST INFORMATION.

Don’t miss The Clinic’s 4th annual Immigration Court Trial Advocacy College from April 22-24, 2021. This is not your typical immigration court practice program; it is a hands-on, one-on-one, training experience designed to make you fearless in immigration court. Using real cases and real witnesses, the program has something for beginners as well as experienced removal defense litigators. Many who attended last year claimed, “this was the [best] program [they] had ever attended and that by the end, they felt ready to be fearless in the courtroom”.

Due to the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, this program will now be a live, interactive televideo conference instead of an in-person program. However, the conference program is not changing and all attendees will still gain hands-on practice, one-on-one input from faculty, and will still conduct a mock trial.

LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS APRIL 19, 2021! No refunds will be given after March 19, 2021, though credit will be given toward registration for a future Clinic CLE program.

*Pre-approved for 21.1. CLE credits, including 1 ethics/elimination of bias credit, in Missouri, 21 CLE credits, including 1 ethics credit, in Kansas, and 17.5 CLE credits, including .5 ethics credits, in Georgia. Please email Jennifer@theclinickc.org for additional information or questions if you need credit from another state.

We apologize, but as of March 24, REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. However, if you want to be placed on a waitlist, please email jennifer@theclinickc.org. If anyone drops, those on the waitlist will be notified, in the order in which they joined the waitlist, of the opening.
